Application Key Points
Eligibility
- Students must have completed 12 years of school education outside of Japan. They must have the intention to complete their course.
- For students studying the University Preparatory Course (Prep. Course 2), less than 12 years of overseas school education is permitted (Form 5).
- Students wishing to enter university or vocational school must be 18 years of age or older at the time of their admission.

Entrance Examination Fee
¥20,000
Payable at the time of application via bank transfer or Western Union.

In the case that the application fee is not confirmed by the closing date of the application period, we may regard your application as cancelled.
Any remittance charges or fees are the responsibility of the payer.
Once received, the application fee is non-refundable under all conditions.

Copies are not allowed. A certified copy of certificate is permitted. Those who are currently at school are requested to submit a certificate of their expected graduation date, followed by the graduation certificate as soon after graduating as possible. Those who withdrew from high school early must submit a certificate of enrollment or a leaving certificate. |
Transcripts for each year of high school or university. |
Copies are not allowed. Certified copies are permitted. Students who have taken a national standardized test are requested to submit a copy of that transcript also. |
Copy of passport |
Those who have a passport are required to submit a copy. For those who have been to Japan previously, please include copies of all pages with immigration stamps for Japan. |
Six photos |
4 cm x 3 cm, facing the front, upper body, taken within the past 3 months. Write the name and nationality on the back. |
Health certificate |
The designated form from this school, signed and recorded by a doctor. |

Statement of financial support |
Must be filled in sponsor’s own handwriting. In the living expenses column, please indicate the amount of money planning to be remitted monthly for the student’s living expenses. |
Certificate of proof of sponsor’s bank balance |
The account balance and date must be clear, and the document must be signed by a bank manager. A certificate bearing a company name is invalid. |
Certificate of employment of sponsor
(Either a. or b.) |
a. A certificate issued by the place of employment, if working as a company employee.
b. If working as an executive or owner of a private enterprise, a certification of registration or a business permit stating the sponsor’s name and company name. |
Proof of relationship between sponsor and applicant |
Official copy of family register, a birth certificate, or other documentation that proves the relationship between the sponsor and applicant. |
Certificate of the sponsor’s annual income |
The sponsor’s individual annual income tax certificate, or a certificate issued by their company (that notes the sponsor’s personal annual income). |

Application Key Points
Eligibility
- Persons currently holding residential status in Japan (permanent residents, Japanese spouse, long-term residents, family dependant etc) and who will maintain residential status while enrolled at the school. - You cannot apply under short-term stay visa conditions.
- Students must have completed 12 years of school education outside Japan They must have the intention to complete their course. - Persons with less than 12 years’ secondary education completion (Form 5) are allowed, as well as those who are expecting to complete their education.
- Students wishing to enter university or vocational school must be 18 years or over at the time of their enrollment to those institutions.
- Applicants currently holding a “Study” visa or a “Designated Activities” visa, please contact us specially.

Tuition includes teaching materials, facilities, funds for extracurricular activities, and insurance fees.

Photo page, the current visa page, and all past immigration stamp pages. |
